Earlier in the summer, Tracy did a fantastic job in helping my daughter and her family find a fantastic house in San Clemente. When I began looking for a rental in the OC, my daughter contacted Tracy to see if she knew anyone who could help me. Tracy immediately offered to do the job. She sent me updated rentals to review and it only took one day of us looking at places before I found the perfect rental house in Mission Viejo. Tracy went above and beyond and wrote a referral for me to the landlady and I got the house! She then toured the house with me looking for areas that might need repair and once I moved in, all repairs were made. She made the process extremely easy and was such a great help in making a large decision like a move. I would recommend her to anyone buying or renting in the OC!

Tracy Sutherland was an incredible asset in helping us find our first home. From the moment we met her, we could feel her enthusiasm for her job. She wanted to get to know who we were, what our dreams were, and really listened to the things that were important to us in looking for a house. She immediately began looking at what was on the market, quickly sending us any new ones that popped up and even showing us neighborhoods that we hadn’t thought about before. We appreciated her quick responsiveness and thoroughness to explain all the questions we had. She is truly professional, yet kind and easy to communicate with. Tracy, Bill and I would like you to know that one of the biggest, and best, things that happened to us in 2021 was YOU !!!! Yes, you! Without you, and your expertise and friendship, we feel that we would have never been able to experience a dream both of us have had since our daughter, Kelli, relocated to San Clemente several years ago. As you know, my husband is, and will “always be”, a southern Californian, having been raised in the LA area. I, like him, love the Pacific Ocean and we have dreamed of finding a little retreat near our daughter and her family for several years. When our daughter let us know you felt you might be able to help us find a home in San Clemente, that spark of “hope” lit up inside us again. We had looked several times in years passed, but never found anything that fit our needs and lifestyle. We had given up. Your energy and positivity gave us hope.
